With the holding of the CLIMCOR CONTINENTAL Scientific Committee, the last fundamental piece of CLIMCOR Equipex was placed, and we can now say that CLIMCOR is definitely started. This meeting was important and could not be organized before the different parts of CLIMCOR were prepared, and not before the project itself was officially started last September. Indeed, any contrary approach would have been premature even counterproductive, and I want to thank Fabien Arnaud, who has accepted this challenging but necessary task. Each cell has its own established Scientific Committee and their well-defined technical orientations. Hope that French community will join to CLIMCOR project and take full advantage that this Equipex can and should provide
